Renovation of a municipal facility in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Erect a connecting vestibule constructed of steel framing, concrete slabs and footings, glass curtainwalls, and elastomeric roofing, between the existing courthouse and justice facility. The project includes replacement of walks and handrails and interior finishes including framed walls with gypsum wallboard, tiled floor, entry mat, aluminum, wood and fire rated steel doors, fire rated glass windows, acoustical tile and gypsum ceilings, HVAC, roof drain plumbing, lighting, power and communications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities, without cause.
