The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for Work on Reeder Ranch Park, located at 4381 Holt Boulevard, Montclair, California 91763 The Engineer's estimate for the proposed project is $5,000,000 two one-story buildings in context of reeder ranch park project: -a 2,500 square foot building with a 1,875 sq ft multipurpose room, reception nook, av room,storage 7 room, male and female restrooms, and janitor closet. - a 544 sq ft office and storage auxiliary building. exterior canopies exterior condensers and support pads. exterior main electrical cabinet. exterior drinking fountain and side rails. exterior wash sink, faucet The classification of Contractor's license required in the performance of this Contract is a Class B . Pursuant to the provisions of Sect i on 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California , the City has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification or type of workman needed to execute the Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations . The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the Contract. Pursuant to Section 22300 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California, the Contract will contain provisions permitting the successful bidder to substitute securities for any monies withheld by the City of Montclair to ensure performance under the Contract. A signed bidder's bond by an admitted surety insurer received by the City at the address set forth below; or (3) cash , a cashier's check , or certified check received by , and made payable to the City . The required bidder's security shall be in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid .
