City Engineer at (760) 329-6411X220 or via email at jferris@cityofdhs.org It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to provide and furnish all materials, tools, labor and incidentals to complete the work as outlined in the Project Description and as shown in the Specifications and Contract Documents for Guy J. Tedesco Park Restroom Replacement project. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to thoroughly review the project area, familiarize itself with the scope of proposed work and submit the proposal for the work accordingly. The proposed improvements include the furnishing of all labor and materials and equipment for the Guy J. Tedesco Park Restroom Renovation, consisting of removal and existing improvements and the construction of concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, cross gutter, and driveway approaches; modification of existing curb ramps; placement of asphalt concrete patches adjacent to new concrete improvements; removal and reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement on aggregate base; installation of street lighting conduits and pull boxes (SCE forces to install street light foundations, poles, and conductors); installation of solar-powered flashing traffic signs on new poles; removal and relocation of residential mail boxes; and the installation of new pavement markers and thermoplastic and paint traffic lines, markings, and legends. Removed material shall be legally disposed of off-site at the Contractor's expense. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the Plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract. All the above improvements are to be constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire project in a neat and presentable condition. Refer to Technical Specifications.
