Project Location: Republic, Washington, 99166 Design Builder: Millig Design Build - milligdb.com Bidding Contact: Justin Pape, 913-908-7181, jpape@milligdb.com Scope of work: Mechanical: Replacement of existing unit ventilators with new VRF Unit Ventilators Installation of small VRF system for office area. Replacement of existing electric cabinet unit heaters with new electric cabinet unit heaters Installation of Packaged Heat Pump for the Gymnasium Installation of Cooling Coil & DX condenser in an existing AHU. Design Build Electrical: Installation of electrical infrastructure for the new HVAC equipment shown as Areas A and B on electrical drawings (Sheets E102 and E103) to be installed per the equipment schedules. Plumbing: Provide Schedule 80 CPVC domestic water service from existing meter to building, new backflow prevention, and PRV. Provide insulated Schedule 80 CPVC hard pipe for mains and branches. Provide insulated PEX pipe for service to fixtures. Provide Schedule 40 PVC condensate drain pipe from new HVAC equipment to acceptable drain location ADD Alternate to provide and install new plumbing fixtures throughout the building. On Site Installation: June 1st, 2023 - September 5th, 2023.
