In general, the project will be to modify the existing B409 Engine Shop as required to support the new F-35 fight jets on base. Modifications will include, but are not limited to; providing a 7-ton gantry crane at the exterior of the building, installing a 5-ton bridge crane in maintenance bay area, remodeling the NDI lab, relocate and remodel restrooms, and various other interior remodels to support new layout and space usage.
