Door Total Larochelle Construction $21,000.00 Door Total FRG Contractor $15,000.00 Door Total Almar, LLC $21,000.00 The Town of Tyngsborough is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors for the Littlefield Library Roof & Exterior Renovation Project. Work under this contract shall include the removal of the existing asphalt roof, the procurement and installation of new slate roofing matching existing slate on front of building, installation of sheet metal flashing, and the production of and installation of a historically appropriate wooden door as further outlined in the bid documents The Town will accept separate bids for the roof work and for the door. While vendors may submit bids for both, vendors are not required to The Town may award two separate contracts for this work. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to Assistant Town Administrator Colin Loiselle by email to cloiselle@tyngsboroughma.gov or by mail to 25 Bryant Lane Tyngsborough MA 01879. All questions must be received by Thursday, January 5, 2022 at 4:00 PM. Any question received after that deadline may not be answered.
