The work to be performed under this contract consists of widening Elkhorn Road to two lanes in each direction, 12-ft TWTL, bike lane, bike lane buffer, and shoulders between Tenaya Way and Jones Boulevard. Furthermore, this project consists of sidewalk reconstruction, traffic signal upgrades, ITS Conduit, utility adjustments, medians, cold planing, plantmix bituminous surface, UTACS, Type II aggregate base, permanent striping and signing, drop inlet modifications, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County.
