Site work for a civil project in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work required by the contract plans and specifications shall include, but is not limited to, all work as generally Clear Creek Flood Gate Replacement, D227: The work includes but is not limited to the following items of work, temporary traffic control subject to lane closure restrictions, installation of temporary river/stream isolation and bypass system, demolition, and removal of existing flood control structures, including concrete and a wooden flap gate, installation of a new concrete platform and headwall, installation of a new motorized, top-hinge, slide gate, the modification to an existing slide gate, all electrical and mechanical components including metal work, and other work. Cost Range: $700,000 - $1,200,000 The Contract Time shall be sixty (60) working days following the "Notice to Proceed" and material procurement period. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Submission Deadline: January 5, 2023, 4:00pm
