The County of Volusia, Business Services Department, Facilities Management Division is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Daytona Beach Justice Center First Floor Lobby Restroom Renovations located at 251 N Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Demolition of two restrooms and construction including new plumbing, fixtures, and lighting.
