Renovation of a detention facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Location and Elevators: S James Foxman Justice Center Passenger Elevator 1 and 2, Prisoner Elevator, Judges Elevator. All engineering, equipment, labor, and permits required to satisfactorily complete elevator modernization required by Contract Documents. Project Costs shall be inclusive of Preventive Maintenance, Service, Testing and parts replacement for the 12 Month Warranty Period following Final Acceptance of the modernization in accordance with the Portfolio Master Elevator Service Agreement. The County of Volusia, Facilities is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of S. James Foxman Center Elevator(s) Modernization located at 251 N. Ridgewood Ave. Daytona Beach, FL 32114. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
