The City of Seward desires to contract with a Contractor to provide all services necessary to maintain snow around the Citys fire hydrants and as an on-call for sidewalks as needed. The term of the agreement with the successful proposer shall be for an initial period starting on or about January 12, 2023 through May 30, 2025; the base agreement being a 3- year contract, which may be renewed for up to two one-year periods by the city manager. The selection of the qualified proposer will be at the sole discretion of the City of Seward, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or not to award a contract if deemed in the best interest of the City. This solicitation does not commit the City of Seward to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of the bid or to award any contract.
