This project will be to realign where Bellevue Avenue intersects with Clyde Morris Boulevard further south to better accommodate current and future airport properties. Bellevue Avenue is a surface road system that connects to the south side of the airport and needs to be redesigned to enhance and allow for capacity increases to the south airfield. The roadway currently connects via State Road 482, State Road 400 to access to I-95 and I-4. Due to anticipated increases in airport traffic the current configuration of this roadway is not sufficient to meet demand. This project will open airport owned land for aviation and non-aviation use and offer better signalization to the adjacent state road. State Road 400 connects with the intersection of Interstates 4 and 95. It also ties into Williamson Boulevard which connects with both strategic intermodal system (SIS) roads, US-92 and Midway Avenue. As of October 15, 2025, this project is included in the County's FY 2024-2025 to FY 2028-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding is allotted for construction in FY 2027-28 and FY 2028-29. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
