Site work for a religious / funeral development in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

SCOPE OF WORK: Fabrication for a 96 granite niche columbarium. Columbarium will be 8 niche units wide by 6 niche units high. Niche units measure 11 1/2 inch by 11 1/2 inch. Niche material is reinforced concrete with a polystyrene liner and closure. Niche cabinet should be clad in granite. Niche fronts will be polished Sunset Red granite and hung with bronze rosette hangers. Niche wall trim will be Rockville White granite. Vendor is responsible for fabrication, shipping and installation. Oakwood Cemetery is responsible for foundation and crane service. The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interest of the City.
