The Newaygo County Road Commission (NCRC) will accept sealed bids for processing and stockpiling 23A Modified Pit Rim Dense Graded Aggregate used for maintenance gravel, located at Parcel 62"03-20-4(XM)13 14 Mite and Walnut in Home Township. Bids shall be submitted on the enclosed NCRC Aggregate Processing Bid Sheet in a sealed envelope clearly identifying the bidder and marked "Aggregate Processing." All bids shall be valid for a period of one year from date of award. The Road Commission reserves the right to renew the bid for two additional one-year terms, each upon mutual agreement of both parties. Pricing, terms and conditions of the first year on bid will remain the same for any one-year renewal period, but quantity may vary. The Contractor will be responsible for all moving permits. The NCRC will secure the required mineral permits for the respective production pits if necessary. The Newaygo County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or ah bids, in whole or in part; to waive irregularities or informalities; and to award bids, in whole or in part, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Newaygo County Road Commission
