Site work for a water / sewer project in Machesney Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of Bid # 22-2350 involves drilling of a test hole for a future water supply well inclusive of geological samples collection and other work as described in the Bidding Documents. The Capital Program Manager will maintain a list of Bidding Document Holders. A Bidder must be on the list of Bidding Document Holders to be eligible to bid the Project. This requirement is necessary to assure all bidders have access to addendums to the Bidding Documents. Requests for information related to the requirements of this bid should be directed in writing to Larry Thomas, PE, of Stanley Consultants, Inc. at thomaslarry@ stanleygroup.com. All questions must be received by end of business on December 30, 2022. Responses to questions will be provided to all Bidding Document Holders. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without consent of North Park Public Water District for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. North Park Public Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any or all bids, or any part thereof, or to waive any formalities in any bids, deemed in the best interest of North Park Public Water District. The District will confirm any award decision in writing to the successful bidder
