Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Machesney Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,825-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Pre-Cast Concrete the Harlem High School C.T.E Addition Bids are invited from Qualified Trade Contractors for two projects. The work includes but is not limited to construction of: 2) Early Award of Pre-Cast Concrete Walls for the CTE Addition at Harlem High School. Refer to the Project Manual, Specifications, and the Working Drawings for the full extent of the Work that will be required Work is to be awarded to multiple prime contracts. A Bid Security of 5% of the Bid is required with the proposal. Ringland Johnson Construction is the Construction Manager The Trade Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers and workmen performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The work in general includes a new Field House Addition as well as site work as shown on the construction documents. A number of alternate bids will also be included. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. Project location: Harlem High School 1 Huskie Circle Machesney Park, Illinois 61115 Rock Cut Elementary School , 7944 Forest Hills Rd Loves Park, Illinois 61111 A new building addition consisting 4,825 gross square foot gymnasium and support rooms. This project will be constructed in a single phase.
