Lincoln County School District is requesting Request for Proposals utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Yaquina View Elementary School. Questions regarding the information contained in the RFP must be submitted to the RFP Contact no later than 11:00 AM PST, December 22, 2022. All questions must be RECEIVED by the specified date and time. No oral questions will be accepted other than at the Pre-proposal Conference. E-mail questions to the addresses below.
