Alum Rock Union School District is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide comprehensive and professional construction management services to the District for projects relating to the Districts facilities development of its public schools including but not limited to: Russo/McEntee Academy; Sheppard Middle School; McCollam Elementary School; George Middle School; Adelante I Elementary School; Ocala Middle School; Cassell Elementary School; Fischer Middle School/Renaissance Academy; Adelante II Elementary School; Aptitud Elementary School; Renaissance at Mathson and San Antonio School. The comprehensive construction management services will include, but not be limited to: Project construction oversight, reporting, and support; pre-construction support including cost estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews; pre-construction support; strategic construction sequencing and staging; optimization of staging and/or work consolidation; and may include other construction management for Projects and Program planning and support.
