The City of Pleasant Hill is seeking qualified consultants that can The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from qualified Trade contractors interested in being prequalified for the Addition and Renovation to the Sawyer Free Library, located at 2 Dale Ave., Gloucester MA. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualifications Forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry, Resilient Flooring, Miscellaneous Metals, Acoustic Ceilings, Waterproofing Damproofing & Caulking, Painting, Metal Windows, Fire Sprinklers, Glass and Glazing, Plumbing, Ceramic Tile, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Elevators, and Roofing & Flashing. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Chapter 149A. Only prequalified firms with DCAMM certification will be permitted to submit bids for the above categories. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA. The City shall not be responsible for proposals arriving late for any reason.demonstrate their expertise in community planning, urban design, economic development, park and trail planning, transportation, sustainable, resilient and equitable communities, and capital improvement planning to update and prepare a Comprehensive Plan while incorporating existing plans. Project teams involving multiple firms with the skills to complete the necessary tasks are encouraged . The project would include assembling and analyzing data regarding all of the existing conditions within the City of Pleasant Hill and utilizing that data to develop policies, actions and an implementation plan to guide future development and decision making within the community with a horizon year of 2045. The requested services cover all phases of the work to develop a Comprehensive Community Plan and shall specifically include a response for each of the following aspects of the plan while incorporating the Iowa Smart Planning Principles of Iowa Code Chapter 18B To be eligible for consideration for the project, the proposal must submit one (1) electronic PDF and ten (10) hard copies of a response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with the response requirements as setout herein. Submittals must be received by the City of Pleasant Hill no later than January 27, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. CST. The proposal must be clearly marked RFP Response: Comprehensive Plan. Deadline for Questions January 11, 2023 4:00 PM Response to questions and/or Addendum Released January 18, 2023 - posted electronically Final Review of Submittals February 17, 2023 Formal Interviews with Firms Week of March 6, 2023 Recommendation of Firm and Contract to City Council March 28, 2023 Project Kick Off April 2024 Specific questions related to the items requested in this document must be submitted in writing, via email, to Madeline Sturms at msturms@pleasanthilliowa.org by January 11, 2023 at 4:00 PM. The subject line of the email should read COMP PLAN RFP QUESTION. An email responding received will be sent in response. If you do not receive this email, please call to confirm receipt of your questions (515-309-9464). All questions received will be answered in an Addendum Document on January 18, 2023.
