Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
The scope of work consists of the removal of the existing TPO roofing system down to the existing lightweight concrete/metal deck, and the installation of a new TPO roofing system to include new tapered insulation. New warranties to include manufacturer's 20-year watertightness warranty, and a 2-year contractor warranty. Mechanical and electrical work will also be required for temporary removal and reinstallation of existing rooftop equipment. The Gadsden Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety. All Contractors who obtain Bid Documents from Plan Rooms or other sources should contact AKS Architecture and provide an email address so that all Addenda can be sent directly to each company via email.
