Renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
Santa Teresa High School Systems Upgrades - 2023: Auxiliary Gym Mechanical Upgrades and Weight Room Re-Roof The scope of work consists of mechanical upgrades to the existing auxiliary gymnasium and partial re-roof of the area adjacent to the auxiliary gym and over the weight room. Mechanical upgrade will include, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing rooftop evaporative coolers and heaters, electrical upgrades, infill of existing wall openings, installation of new rooftop package units and controls, and other associated work. The reroof work will include, but is not limited to, removal of the existing roofing systems down to the existing metal deck, the installation of a new TPO roofing system to include new tapered insulation, mechanical and electrical work to raise existing equipment for new roofing insulation. New warranties to include manufacturer's 20-year watertightness warranty, and a 2-year contractor warranty.
