Valley Water is seeking proposals from vendors who will provide and install bullet resistant barrier for selected Valley Water properties. Type of Award Lump Sum Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 01/12/2023 10:00 PM (PST) The Proposer shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, tax, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, supervision, and management, not specifically provided by Valley Water, to provide and install bullet-resistant window barriers as described in this RFP. The successful Proposer will provide the best solution to Valley Waters need for bullet-resistant windows as detailed in Section 5 Scope of Services. Local Business Enterprise Consideration It is the goal of Valley Water to increase the use of local businesses in awarding procurement agreements. During the evaluation of proposals, Valley Water will grant a five (5) percent preference to the Proposers who submit Form 6, Local Business Enterprise Consideration with their proposal as a local business according to Valley Water Ordinance 13-02, which is available on
