For project pricing on the following planned public works projects for resurfacing streets and replacing or ADA corners in the City of Berne, Indiana, such bids to be contracted from January 1, 2023 until October 31, 2023. Said planned street resurfacing projects shall include the milling and resurfacing of streets with 1.5 inches of asphalt and ADA corners with mats that are consistent in color and size of existing ADA corners and mats in the City of Berne. The bid shall be a unified bid for all projects, but with an itemized bid for each project for the purposes of the execution of a contractors contract. The winning bid will be determined by the overall unified bid, and not based upon the itemized bids of each project. All bids shall be accompanied with a bond or certified check in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). The City of Berne reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
