(USACE Acquisition)." PROJECT INFORMATION: Work to be completed in the Power Quality Building, 90 E Old Romeo Rd. Lemont , IL. The equipment in the Power Quality building produces heat, which causes undesired temperatures due to poor and insufficient existing cooling equipment. These conditions are a hazard to operations personnel when occupying this building. The building will require the installment of two exhaust fans along with minor ductwork & diffuser modifications, which will satisfy the requirements. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 239220, with a small business size standard in dollars of $15.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The Solicitation (Invitation for Bids - "IFB") will be downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY.
