Professional Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services are desired to rehabilitate Slater Hall in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. The project is being undertaken as a rehabilitation utilizing state and federal historic tax credits. Preservation South, LLC was hired by the Town of Ware Shoals to act as the project manager and they will also oversee compliance with the standards as required by the credits.
