Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ware Shoals, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Ware Shoals ("Owner") is requesting professional services from qualified architects/engineers to provide architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for the rehabilitation of historic Katherine Hall in accordance with the Secretary of Interior's Standards. Katherine Hall is located in the heart of the town at 1 Mill Street, Ware Shoals, SC, 29692. This request seeks to identify the qualifications submitted that are in the best interests of the Town of Ware Shoals and Greenwood County ("Owners"). Preservation South, LLC was hired by the Town of Ware Shoals to act as the project manager and they will oversee the project. The submitted Proposals will be evaluated utilizing the Selection Guidelines outlined in this Request for Qualifications. The Town of Ware Shoals and Greenwood County are seeking a costeffective and highly qualified partner to oversee the rehabilitation project. The Town of Ware Shoals and Greenwood County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
