Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ware Shoals, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Professional Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services are desired to rehabilitate Slater Hall in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. The project is being undertaken as a rehabilitation utilizing state and federal historic tax credits. Preservation South, LLC was hired by the Town of Ware Shoals to act as the project manager and they will also oversee compliance with the standards as required by the credits. Questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing and directed to Kyle Campbell, preservationsouth@bellsouth.net (770) 894-2981, by December 1, 2023. Responses will be made by email to all parties. If you have a disability that requires any special materials, services or assistance, please contact the Town of Ware Shoals at (864) 456-7478 so that we may arrange for appropriate accommodations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
