Request for Subcontractor Qualifications Washoe County NV Cares Campus Improvement Phase 3 Intake Building & Resource Center CMAR Clark/Sullivan Construction With regard to subcontracts and Construction Manager at Risk work, Clark/Sullivan Construction, Inc. CMAR for the project listed above, is advertising this opportunity and seeking interested subcontractors who wish to apply to qualify to bid the work described herein. Subcontractors will be considered for prequalification to bid pursuant to NRS for all subcontracted work. The project consists of construction of one new Intake Building, building upgrades/ finishes in an existing structure (the Resource Center), and all associated site improvements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: surveying, building demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, concrete (site and building), masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, casework, solid surfacing, roofing, waterproofing, aluminum storefront, glazing, metal wall panels, doors/frames/hardware, metal framing/drywall, acoustic ceilings, pre-manufactured partition walls, insulation, painting, flooring & coatings, specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tele/data, and security. The project is subject to prevailing wage/Davis Bacon wage rate requirements, and will include State of Nevada and Federal bidding requirements.
