Renovation of a medical facility in Goderich, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract generally consists of renovations and upgrades within Mental Health Department at Alexandra Marine General Hospital. Each bid shall be accompanied by an agreement to bond undertaking to provide a fifty percent (50%) performance bond and a fifty percent (50%) labour and material payment bond, both to be delivered to the Owner if the bidder is awarded the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids if, at the discretion of the Owner, received bids exceed the allocated budget, do not respond to the requirements, or do not represent fair market value. Work is expected to commence as soon as product deliveries to site are imminent and before March 01, 2025. Date of Substantial Performance of the Work: on or before July 31, 2025 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
