Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI provisions will be observed. The project includes 7,380 LF (1.40 miles) of new greenway trail (asphalt and concrete), 257 LF prefabricated pedestrian bridges, and 289 LF of boardwalk. The project includes 7,973 LF (1.51 miles) of new greenway construction. The first segment of the proposed mainline greenway will construct a 10-foot-wide greenway for 0.92 miles through Marion Diehl Park, starting at Keystone Court, running along Little Hope Creek, and ending the XCLT Trail (Brandywine to Tyvola portion). The second segment of the proposed mainline greenway will construct a 0.35 mile long 10-foot-wide greenway which will start at the XCLT Trail (just before it crosses Little Sugar Creek) and will cross Briar Creek, run under Park Road, and end at Wintercrest Lane, utilizing the Mecklenburg County-owned properties. The greenway will include one boardwalk, one prefabricated pedestrian truss bridge, and one boardwalk/prefabricated truss bridge combination structure with a boardwalk spur. The project also includes one segmental block retaining wall and one soil nail wall. There will be one 8-footwide Y-line connection as well as six 6-foot-wide Y-line connections that will tie the greenway into various neighborhoods and access points.
