Rehabilitation of the interior and exterior elevated tank coatings. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 150,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation. The project is expected to be completed on or before September 29, 2023. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A pre-bid conference for the Project will NOT be held. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Village Clerk, Colfax, Illinois, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid for the Divisions bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
