The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Contractors interested in accessing and responding to Invitation For Bid (IFB) Document assigned by the Division of Purchasing must be registered as a Public Purchase Vendor, Hawaii Region, and Kauai County Agency.
