Proposals must be delivered to the Province in hardcopy format, i.e. paper. Facsimile or digital Proposals in any form (e.g. CD/DVD, USB flash drive, e-mailed files, etc.) submitted in whole or in part will not be accepted as the Proponent's Proposal. Proposals may be delivered by hand, courier or mail. Proponents should be aware that Canada Post only delivers Government of Alberta mail with Edmonton addresses to the main Canada Post depot in Edmonton. The Government of Alberta then picks up the mail and distributes it in accordance with the address label. Proponents should consider the above when choosing the method of delivery for their Proposal, as it is the Proponent's responsibility to ensure its Proposal is received before the RFP Closing Date and Time at the location specified in this RFP. In responding to this RFP, the Proponent's attention is drawn to the following: a) A Proposal must be submitted with a cover letter or page signed by a representative of the Proponent authorized to bind the Proponent to the content of the Proposal.
b) Proposals received unsigned or after the RFP's Closing Date and Time will be rejected.
c) Ambiguous, unclear or unreadable Proposals may be rejected. (Note: Waybills accompanying deliveries of Proposals by courier should contain the RFP number and the RFP's Closing Date and Time.) e) The time and date of receipt of Proposals will be recorded on the Proposals upon delivery to the above address. Proposals must be received prior to the RFP's Closing Date and Time. f) Submit one (1) bound paper copy (bound in such a manner that the pages lie and remain flat when opened). The Province requires the services of a Contractor to complete the Landscaping Services at Hilliard's Bay Provincial Park in accordance with the General Standards and Guidelines - Landscaping Services set out in Appendix E. Hilliard's Bay Provincial Park is approximately 48 kilometers northeast of High Prairie, Alberta.
