Site work and new construction of a civil project in Yellow Branch, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 11/13/2023 at 5:00 PM ET furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, and the performing of all work for the above referenced project including the construction of a new pump station, approximately 75 LF of force main, 70 LF of gravity sewer, and other appurtenances to serve a future development in Yellow Branch. The project includes associated erosion and sediment control measures necessary to construct the project. o Utilities shall be installed per standards and specifications listed in Contract Documents. o Care will need to be taken to ensure outages of any existing line are kept to a minimum. o The new pump station is located on the proposed Yellow Branch development site that is currently in the bulk grading phase. Trees have been cut and removed, but the Contractor will need to grub the area. Removed trees refers to the pump station site only. Contractor will need to remove trees from the forcemain area as shown on the plans. The Contractor will need to get fill material for the new pump station site from the proposed Yellow Branch development site. CCUSA and Hurt & Proffitt have met with the developer to confirm that the Contractor will have access across the site and that fill material will be available
