The Newton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Window Replacement Project at 2 development sites: Horace Mann Horace Mann Development - 4-22 Brookside Ave; 674-690 Watertown Street;15-35 Walker Street. Newton- ville MA 02460. The Work, including all alternates for the project, is estimated to cost 748,000.00. 1. PROJECT SITES A. Horace Mann Development, 17 Walker St. Newtonville MA 02460 B. Jackson Gardens, 106 John F. Kennedy Circle, Newton MA 02458 Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority.
