For 163 Jackson Road Housing Rehabilitation The City of Newton (City) invites sealed bids from Qualified Contractors for the benefit of The Newton Housing Authority (Applicant), with respect to Applicant's property located at 163 Jackson Rd, Newton MA (Property). It is understood that, while the City is responsible for the procurement, the contract awarded will be between the Applicant and the Contractor, and that upon execution of the contract between the Applicant and the Contractor, the neither the Newton Community Development Authority (Authority) nor the City shall have any liability to either of them, for any reason whatsoever.
