Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Board facilities. The scope of the project includes upgrades to the crawl space in the Rhéaume building of Monseigneur Richard high school and Gaétan Laberge building of Verdun vocational training centre. The work consists of the replacement of insulation and board on new deck sections in the crawl space, addition of flashing to the perimeter of the building and repair of the cement coating in one area. TIMELINE: The owner has not accepted any of bids submitted for the tender for the general contractor 22-017 - 062160649 for budget overruns reasons and cancelled it. The owner is seeking additional funding. Future of the project is not determined. If/when a new tender for the general contractor of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
