The Master Plan must take into account the EMSB's investment plan in order to prioritize and advance the work already planned in a strategic manner. In accordance with the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies, the
professional's mandate consists of:
Carrying out the Master Plan in accordance with Regulation 20-030, as well as all
other applicable laws, and which covers the entire building stock (schools, grounds,
ancillary properties, etc.) of the EMSB, considering the following: Analyze the available documents, provided for information only, part of which is included in this call for tenders;

The EMSB plans to carry out the work described in the Master Plan in phases, and that all of the work defined by the Plan will be carried out over a period of 5 to 10 years;
The schedule in respect of the following target dates by the public body: 2023-03-07: Granting of the mandate to professionals; 2023-05-09: Submission of the master plan 30% progress; 2023-08-29: Submission of the master plan 60% progress; 2023-12-20: Submission of the final master plan The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
