Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority ("SCMUA" or "Authority") is soliciting a Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) utilizing the "Fair and Open" Process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.4 et seq. in consideration of such process to create a short-list for interviews and eventual selection of the following professional services: General Consulting Services (GCS) o General Legal Counsel o Bond Counsel o Special Legal Counsel for Environmental/Permitting Matters o Auditing Services o Risk Manager/Insurance Agent Services o Financial Advisor & Continuing Disclosure Agent Services Consulting Engineering Services (CES) o General and Specialized Wastewater Consulting Engineering Services (GEC) o General and Specialized Solid Waste Consulting Engineering Services (GEC) o Specialized Environmental Consulting/ LSRP Services o Professional Land Surveyor Services o Landfill Gas Field Operations Services o Specialized Water Quality Studies Consultant(s) o Specialized Air Permitting Consultant(s) o Specialized Energy Consultant(s) You may, other future SCMUA wastewater and solid waste related planning, design, or construction projects.
