** As of 12/21/2022, Addendum 1 - Otsego Public Schools has elected to pull the Dix Street Roofing Project RFP at this time. We appreciate the feedback we have received from potential bidders and would like to take those suggestions into consideration. We will reissue the RFP once the necessary changes have been made. The roofing contractor shall adequately protect building, paved areas, service drives, lawn, shrubs, trees, etc. from damage while performing the required work. Provide canvas, boards and sheet metal (properly secured) as necessary for protection and remove protection material at completion. The contractor shall repair or be responsible for costs to repair all property damaged during the roofing application. The project consists of installing Carlisle's Sure-Weld (TPO) White FleeceBACK 115 membrane adhered with Flexible FAST Adhesive to RED areas on the attached drawing as outlined below: Apply the FleeceBACK Adhered Roofing System directly to the existing mechanically attached reinforced EPDM membrane after the installation of supplemental fastening. Supplemental fastening should be installed 10 feet in from any perimeter edge. Fasteners should be 12" o.c. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of the Sure-Weld FleeceBACK Adhered Roofing System, including flashings, in accordance with the manufacturer's most current specifications and details.
