The City of Arroyo Grande is inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals to provide Professional Consulting Services for the Development of a City-Wide Active Transportation Plan. Consultant services will include, but not be limited to, the following: transportation planning, engineering, and public engagement services relating to the development of the City-Wide Active Transportation Plan. This project is funded through a Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant. The City has budgeted $250,000 for the project. Each proposal must be received by mail, recognized carrier or hand delivered and submitted on the form(s) provided and accompanied by any other required submittals or supplemental materials. Each proposal submittal must include five (5) hardcopies of your proposal package and one (1) Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) file of the proposal on flash drive. A sealed Cost Proposal shall also be included in a separate envelope. No FAX submittals will be accepted. Late Proposals will not be considered and will be returned, unopened. If necessary, the proposal submittal deadline will be extended to allow proposers additional time to respond to an RFP addendum. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the firm who presents the Proposal which in the judgment of the City, best accomplishes the desired results.
