The City of Sweet Home hereby extends an invitation to qualified bidders for design-build of a sludge blend tank for the Mahler Water Reclamation Facility. The Project includes the following Work: Improvements and modifications to the City of Sweet Home Mahler Water Reclamation Facility (Mahler WRF) includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the design and construction of new Sludge Blend Tank and appurtenances. Site work includes general excavation with onsite and offsite disposal and installation of structural base rock.
