The proposed work generally consists of traffic control, storm water pollution protection, concrete and asphalt pavement demolition, survey staking and monuments replacement, concrete flat work, asphalt pavement, pavement striping and marking, sanitary sewer and storm drain systems, traffic signals, street lighting, landscaping, street furniture, coordination with various public agencies including Caltrans, AC Transit, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Waste Management and various utility companies. Earthwork including clearing and grubbing, removal of curb & gutter, sidewalk and storm drain/sanitary sewer pipeline, and roadway excavation; 4. Subgrade preparation; 5. Roadway Surfacing including microsurface, pavement grinding and overlay; 6. Metal Fabrication and Construction including railing, trash receptacles bus stop canopies, and benches; 7. Concrete and Masonry Construction including curbs & gutters, curb ramps, passageways, sidewalks, driveways, integral color/decorative concrete, and PCC bus pads, 8. Open Trench Conduit Construction including and various storm drain and sanitary sewer pipes and structures and trash capture devices; 9. Survey Monuments; 10. Pavement striping and marking; 11. Traffic Control; 12. Street Lighting and Traffic Signal; 13. Landscaping and plants maintenance; 14. Coordination with Caltrans, AC Transit, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Waste Management and various utility companies; and 15. All other and ancillary work that are not described herein.
