Questions Due Date: Jan 6th 2023, 3:00 PM EST Intent to Bid Due Date: Jan 27th 2023, 2:30 PM EST The University requests qualification statements from licensed Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Structural engineering firms: (collectively referred to as "Firms") interested in entering into an agreement to provide engineering services for minor projects on a continuing basis for: a. Projects in which the estimated construction cost of each individual project under the contract does not exceed $4 million; or, b. Study activity if the fee for professional services for each individual study under the contract does not exceed $500,000; or, c. Work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract required by the University, with the contract being for a fixed term or with no time limitation except that the contract must provide a termination clause. Types of engineers the University is seeking to enter into an agreement with are: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Structural. The Firm(s) will work with the University's Facilities Planning and Physical Plant Departments and must be licensed in the State of Florida and possess professional service registrations and licenses in accordance with applicable statutes, regulations and rules.
