Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide environmental review and planning services. Brooke Green BGreen@LeeGov.com The General Contractor for all construction contracts exceeding $100,000 shall provide a performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price, to secure the contractor's fulfillment of all obligations under the contract; and, a payment bond for 100 percent of the contract price, to assure the payment of all persons supplying labor and material under the contract. Contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. The Procurement Management Director reserves the right to exercise their discretion to: Reject any and all proposals with or without cause; The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
