Scope : Includes the installation testing, service and maintenance, of the following systems which utilize the transmission and/or transference of voice, sound, vision and digital for commercial, education, security and entertainment purposes for the following: TV monitoring and surveillance, background-foreground music, intercom and telephone interconnect, inventory control systems, microwave transmission, multi-media, multiplex, nurse call system radio page, school intercom and sound, burglar alarms, and low voltage master clock systems. A. SOUND AND VOICE TRANSMISSION/TRANSFERENCE SYSTEMS Background foreground music, Intercom and telephone interconnect systems, Telephone systems Nurse call systems, Radio page systems, School intercom and sound systems, Burglar alarm systems, Low voltage, master clock systems, Multi-media/multiplex systems, Sound and musical entertainment systems, RF systems, Antennas and Wave Guide, The Authority is soliciting bids from qualified Vendor/Contractors (Contractor) to provide and install carpet in offices and LVP (being provided by HA) work including but not limited to; all items included in Exhibit I for Flooring for 1612 Sisk Rd. Modesto, CA 95350. The CONTRACTOR further agrees that he and his sureties shall be liable and shall pay to the OWNER, the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per day Questions must be submitted in writing through Public Purchasing. All bids must be submitted in Public Purchasing. Instructions can be found at project will start in January 2023 and will be completed in 30 days. : Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to provide and install carpet in offices and LVP (LVP being provided by HA). Carpet to be Pentz or equivalent. Contractor to provide and install 4-inchrubber base throughout. HA to pick color of carpet and base. Vendor/Contractor to verify square footage of area where flooring is being installed. Work including but not limited to; all areas in Exhibit I for Flooring for 1612 Sisk Rd. Modesto, CA 95350.
