Howard County, Maryland (the "County") desires to engage the services of an engineering professional ("Consultant") with expertise in water main rehabilitation and replacement to design Phase 2 of the Longfellow Area Water Main Improvements project and provide construction engineering services. The project will replace all water mains, house connections, and appurtenances in the Longfellow community of Columbia, MD. This neighborhood has experienced increasingly frequent water main breaks in recent years; therefore, this project is of critical importance to the County in order to provide reliable service to this community. All Expressions of Interest shall be submitted in sealed, clearly marked envelopes to the Office of Procurement and Contract Administration and Contract Administration. A total of seven (7) copies of the Expression of Interest package (one original and six copies) shall be submitted. Contractors must submit a flash drive containing the entire, identical version of the submittal (this electronic copy shall be one (1) complete file), as well as one redacted version of the same proposal.
