Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,900-square-foot, two-story above grade, 14-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Project consists of a new wood-framed, slab-on-grade elder housing apartment complex with associated site work. Work includes two (2) three-unit apartment building totaling approximately 6,000 square feet and two (2) four unit apartment buildings totaling 7800 square feet. PLEASE NOTE: This project WILL be subject to Davis Bacon wages requirements. 1/11/23: Wage Rates for Emmet County and related documents pending upload. **** PLEASE NOTE: 1/13/23: For Design-Build MEP's, we need a couple costs itemized that are included as part of you base bid. - 2D CAD Design and MEP coordination = $_______ - Approvals, Reviews, Permit Fees = $________ Please provide these cost for the first Phase 1 portion of work.
