Please respond with intend to bid via Merx by the Bid Intent Deadline of January 04, 2023. Failure of Bidders to be present and registered from the time to the Mandatory Site meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process. Submissions of Bidders who did not attend the Mandatory Site meeting shall be found non-compliant and disqualified. All Bidders who attend the Mandatory Site Meeting shall wear appropriate safety wear at all times while they are on the site. The Personal Protective Equipment for the Site Meeting includes: Hardhats, Class 2 (Orange) Reflective Pants and Shirts/Vests, safety shoes and protective eyewear. All Vehicles shall be equipped with a flashing amber beacon. Bidders shall supply their own safety wear. Metrolinx shall not supply any safety wear. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site. Only Bidders who possess a minimum of two years of experience cleaning Industrial Facilities (warehouses are not considered for this type of scope of work), among other Mandatory Requirements will be considered for award of this Contract. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
