Renovation of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at Sherbourne Shuter, Blake/Boultbee and Beecroft Manor. TCHC will be awarding each site separately to the lowest total priced Proposal. A Vendor may bid on one or all sites. A Proponent with the lowest price per site may be awarded all three sites provided the Proponent is able to demonstrate capacity and resources to commence the three sites at the same time and maintain the construction schedule noted in the RFP. In order to show capacity, each site is to have it is own construction crew (i.e. Project Manager, Site Supervisor).
